Miyagi prefecture has 23 years' worth of debris because of the earthquake and tsunami,
which is about 1800000 tons.
Yet, cars, ships and sediment washed by tsunami are not included.

The governor of Miyagi tries to process within 3 years.

The expense of disposal is decided to be paid with national budget.
